What is FSSA?

Food Safety and Sustainability Assessment (FSSA) certification from Eurasian Association for Sustainability and Security (EAASS) takes into account the current requirements of international and Eurasian legislation, the requirements of the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). It contains requirements for food processors to follow to build an effective food safety management system.
